Greg gave Marilouise and I a hands-on lesson in changing bike tubes, as both of mine were flat. We then spent some time making some adjustments on our bikes before taking off on a bike ride. You can see that part of our ride was on this trail that took us through the woods where the trees were covered with Spanish moss.
